The curated list of apps your MDM-enrolled iPhone is allowed to have. In our configuration, only whitelisted apps can be installed on the device — all others are blocked at the OS level. This is the opposite of the traditional "blocklist" model used by content filters: instead of blocking bad apps (an infinite set), we allow only approved apps (a finite set you control).
