Setting up your new Kosher iPhone

What happens between the UPS truck and your first davening on the new device.

Day 1

Your Kosher iPhone arrives in Apple's original factory box with our configuration already applied. Unbox it like any iPhone — it's genuine Apple hardware, not a modified device.

Power on with the side button. You'll see the standard Apple "hello" screen. Unlike a regular iPhone setup, **you won't be asked to install a management profile or accept any supervision prompts**. That's because DEP enrollment happened automatically before the "hello" screen — supervision is already live.

Sign in with your Apple ID. If you have one, use it. If you don't, create one during setup (Apple walks you through it). Your Apple ID is private between you and Apple — we don't see it.

Once signed in, the home screen appears with the full KolBo portfolio: siddur, zmanim, minyan finder, digital library, shiurim, and the rest. Tap any one to use it — no setup, no download, no login screens.

Day 2–7

This is the "learn what you have" week. Most customers spend a few minutes each day exploring:

- **Siddur**: pick your nusach (we ship with the one you requested during order — change it if needed). - **Zmanim**: confirm the GPS-based times match your location. - **Minyan Finder**: try a search for minyanim near you. - **Digital Library**: open any sefer. - **Shiurim**: search for a speaker you like.

If anything feels off, text us. First-week support requests are common — we expect them.

Ongoing

The phone is now configured for life. Need a new app? Text us. iOS update? Happens on our schedule, tested. Lost the phone? Text us immediately.

You don't need to maintain anything. That's the point of ongoing management.

Simple setup. Forever managed.

Every Kosher iPhone ships pre-configured. Unbox and use.
