We're a Lakewood-based team building enterprise-grade infrastructure for frum families. The work is technical (we operate a production MDM at scale), operational (we configure and ship hundreds of iPhones a month), and deeply community-rooted.
We hire for craftsmanship, care, and clear thinking. Titles matter less than output. Every role touches real customer outcomes — we don't have layers between the people doing the work and the families relying on it.
Open positions
Configuration Technician
Full-time in Lakewood. Configure iPhones for customer orders — supervision, whitelist, KolBo install. Attention to detail is the core skill.
Customer Support (Phone + Text)
Full-time or part-time in Lakewood. Handle customer app requests, troubleshoot devices, operate the MDM console. Tech-savvy, patient, and a frum-community native.
MDM Operations
Full-time. Manage our MDM server, push policies, run compliance checks, handle incidents. Experience with Apple MDM or similar enterprise tooling is a plus.
Community Outreach
Part-time or contract. Build relationships with schools, yeshivos, camps, and professional organizations. Community-rooted, comfortable in institutional sales conversations.
