**Payment methods**: credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, or check for annual plans.

**Billing cycle**: monthly on the date of activation. Annual plans billed once per year (typical 2-month discount).

**Invoice access**: email emailonly613@gmail.com for a PDF invoice for any billing period. For business customers, we can send invoices automatically each month.

**Plan changes**: email or call. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

**Failed payment**: we retry 3 times over a week. On failure, we pause new app requests and filter updates until resolved. The phone continues to work normally — we never lock a device for a billing issue.
