**What stops**: - New app approvals (you keep all currently installed apps) - Content filter updates - Remote lock/wipe on lost devices - Priority support

**What continues**: - Your phone works normally - All currently installed apps function - Supervised Mode remains — apps you don't have can't be installed - Data, contacts, messages — all intact

**You never lose access to your phone**. Cancellation is never punitive. Many customers re-subscribe months later when drift starts to show — their configuration is preserved on our end, ready to reactivate.

**Refund for annual plans**: prorated refund for unused months.
