**Family plan** customers can add new devices any time. Essential and Premium plan customers can add by upgrading to Family.

**To add**: 1. Email emailonly613@gmail.com or call (718) 971-4311 with: family member's name, desired plan tier, and whitelist preferences. 2. We ship a pre-configured iPhone to your address within 2-3 business days. 3. Hand it to the family member — they sign in with their own Apple ID. 4. Device is enrolled under your Family account. You approve or deny their app requests.

**Pricing**: Family plan scales with device count. Typical household (3-5 devices) is 20-35% cheaper per device than individual plans.
