**Act immediately**. Call (718) 971-4311 — our operations team locks the device within minutes.

**What happens when we lock**: - Device screen shows a "Contact [your number] to return" message. - Device cannot be unlocked by any password. - Device cannot be factory-reset and reused — Supervised Mode re-enrolls in our MDM automatically. - If you have Find My enabled, we can show you the device's last known location.

**If you find the phone later**: call us to remove the lock. Your data and configuration are intact — the lock only prevented a stranger from using the phone.

**If you don't find it**: the phone remains locked and unusable to whoever has it. Apple's activation lock + our MDM re-enrollment makes the device functionally worthless to a thief.
