**Device won't update to latest iOS**: we test iOS updates before releasing them to customer devices. If a major iOS release is sitting "ready to install" for more than a week, text us — we may have it held pending testing.

**App stuck on home screen after uninstall**: force-restart the device (volume up, volume down, hold side button until Apple logo). On boot, stuck app icons clear.

**MDM connection issues**: usually resolves itself within 30 minutes. If not, text us and we'll push a re-enroll command.

**App I requested isn't showing up**: give it 2-3 hours from approval. If still missing after that, text us to push again.

**Battery draining unusually fast**: check Settings → Battery. If KolBo apps are the top consumer, it usually means background refresh is aggressive — we can tune it down on request.
