**Getting a newer iPhone?** We handle the transition.
**Step 1**: order the new iPhone through us. We'll pre-configure it with your existing whitelist, policies, and KolBo portfolio — same as your current device.
**Step 2**: when the new phone arrives, use Apple's Quick Start to transfer contacts, messages, photos, and apps from your old phone. Takes ~20 minutes.
**Step 3**: once transferred, text us (718) 971-4311 and we'll retire the old device from our MDM.
**Return the old device**: mail-back free if within 90 days of upgrade. We factory-reset, re-supervise, and re-sell to offset your upgrade cost.
